Cruise the Italian, French and Spanish Rivieras!

By Dimitri Drobatschewsky

The General Director of Arizona Opera and his wife, Glynn and Gio Ross, will vacation for 12 days on a cruise on the luxurious Marco Polo, and you can join them on a journey from Rome to Barcelona, with intermittent stops on several Italian, French, and Spanish Riviera towns.

Because one of the more memorable stops is in Rome at the famed Teatro del’Opera for a performance of Rossini’s The Barber of Seville, I have been asked to escort those of the cruisers who wish to attend the June 8 performance, which will include a lecture on the opera, and discussions.

The cost begins at $1495 per person (airfare from Phoenix is about $675 extra) and departs June 5. Contact Dimitri Drobatschewsky at 997-9407 or fax at 997-0747. This cruise is booking up rapidly, so don’t delay.
