JULY 1997 marks the start of our 11th Year(!) of Gary & Gail's Games Night. We average 15 - 20 people monthly. It's a great event for newcomers; we rarely bite anyone - and THEN only upon request!
There are always some regulars (as GARY says - a generous description of some!) and almost always some newcomers. Over the past 10 years, we have had 350 DIFFERENT people attending games night. (See - the sign-in lists are useful for something!!) People come and go as they please throughout the evening; they ALL go when Gary & Gail get tired, which is always midnight or later on a really provocative games night or when we're really well-rested. Games start and end at various times, so you need not be "stuck" playing one game or with the same people all evening. Some games are for individual players, while others match team expertise. VERY competitive players are tolerated, but they don't get to play with Gary or Gail (we're in it just for the fun)!
We have a lot of games here, but bring yours, if it is new or unusual - and you definitely want to play it. We are very informal, so don't dress up on our account - unless you LIKE to dress up. Bring whatever it is that you want to drink yourself, some not-too-messy snack (Hint: Gail LOVES milk chocolate!) to share, and $1.00 for "The Owl". We are always on the 2nd Saturday of the month; see the calendar listing for this month's games night on Flag Day, June 14th.
