HELP!! We need some volunteers for party hosts in April. So far we have none¸ and I will have precious little time to ride the phone wires finding you. This time I need you to call me to schedule a Soiree on April 5 or a Salon on April 19.
Ted Cosgrove, the Mensch of Mensa here in Phoenix, will host our March 1st Soiree. The theme will be Gloves, so let’s all make the most of that. There will be the usual participatory buffet, and directions to his home are as follows: From the intersection of 64th St. and Thomas in Scottsdale, drive south about a half mile to Parkview. Drive east (left) to the third house on your left, 6414 E. Parkview Road. Lost souls can call him at 481-0842.
Our Salon on March 15th will be at the home of Bill Rouse for one of his famous parties, this time to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Look for his article in this issue.
If April is too soon for you to host a party, the next month you can schedule one is June, since May is all booked up with three parties. June onward will be great for pool parties if you have one.
