Letter: Dave Remine

I loved your editorial in the May issue. Other editors have voiced similar sentiments about the unsigned piece they received, among them Scott Kauffman of Omen and Dan Tobias of Lou-Men-Essence. In fact I have yet to see any editor publish it. A fact I am very glad for as it was nothing more than a mean spirited personal attack on every AMC member. Your advice for them to get a life. while good, will most likely fall on deaf ears since these kind of folks just don't get it. If Mensa, or anything else, upset me as much as these folks seem to be I'd be out of there in a NY minute (which is about 50% as long as a Phoenix minute).

My June Bulletin column addresses members who cause these and other types of problems and our need to cleanse Mensa of this behavior. We have to have a friendly atmosphere if we are to attract and retain members. Your group works hard to create and maintain such an atmosphere. Keep up the good work as Editor. Thank you.

By the way ask your cat to please send me advice on how I may increase my powers to at least the cat's level. My two cats refuse to mentor me in spite of bribes of Pounce Cat Treats. I would be willing to ship cat treats to Arizona as payment for classes.
