John Lyon is a 41 year old, single student who is doing his master's thesis on an all-black Pentecostal cult. He enjoys chess and board games such as "Conquest of the Empire" and "Axis and Allies". He wants to have fun, meet people and participate in community service aspects of Mensa such as literacy programs.

Tayne Deitrick, 34, is a Pharmacist -- single (D) mom with a 16 year old son. She joined Mensa at the behest of her grandmother and a couple of friends. Now that she no longer lives 75 miles away she hopes to get involved, make new acquaintances and enjoy outings and other gatherings. She enjoys reading, rollerblading, snow skiing, cooking, sporting events, movies, theatre, museums and musical performances.

Denver Johnson and his wife, Eileen, recently relocated here from Des Moines to be nearer their grown kids. He is curious about what a group of high IQ people talk about, think about, party and exploit their "logics" ability. His corporation provides engineering assistance to automated factory systems, start-up service and related things.
