The Other Bill's Not So Strenuous Hiking Group

My November hike was rained out. I will re-schedule the hike in Lost Dutchman State Park for the spring, when the poppies are blooming. My hike on Saturday, Juanuary 23rd, will be the Waterfall Trail in White Tanks Park. This is more of a stroll than a hike, with an ascent of only 180 feet, and a round trip of less than two miles. There are lots of petroglyphs along the trail, and, if the rain we've had continues, there will actually be a waterfall at the end of the trail. For those who want more of a hike, there are plenty of other trails in the area, to further the outing. To get to the park, drive west on Olive (Dunlap), and this will become the part entrance, west of town. There is an entrance fee. Bring a picnic lunch.
