Congratulations, Jim!

Congrats to GPM Jim Morgan who recently won the Southwest regional qualifying cookoff, held at the Los Angeles Culinary Institute, for the new PBS cooking show "MasterChef USA." The show, based on a long-running British program, chronicles the search for the greatest amateur chef in the nation. As a result of his win, Jim will be flown to New York in February to compete against 3 other chefs in an episode to be televised nationally in 2000. Jim's winning menu consisted of pork medallions adobo, pancit mint salad, and a flan tower in a white chocolate lattice.
