Letter to the Editor

Shall we gently chide Leigh Butler?  She suggests public criticism be outlawed and states that mean spirited members get their jollies by criticizing and clipping the wings of volunteers.  Yet our two must important volunteers - our Editor and Loc Sec - she calls “bemoaners.”  We must appreciate the panache with which our Editor gives her the platform of the MAAM for this and I would like to publicly praise him for it.  Although not frequently as that would be redundant.
