BALLOT for 2002 GPM Election and MAAM Questionnaire

Ballots must be received by June 10, 2002. Either deliver
ballot to an Election committee member (Mel Anderson or Ron
Button) in person or mail to:

Provide your Name, Membership Number and signature, either
on the envelope or on a separate piece of paper within the
envelope for security purposes. The privacy of your ballot
will be maintained in either case.

Facsimiles  of the ballot are acceptable.

 
The Bylaws do not provide for write-ins. Uncontested
candidates will be declared elected. The term for newly
elected officers begins on July 1, 2002. Mark an X next
to your choices:
