Ex Com Minutes

for June 2, 2002

In attendance: Jerry Corbin, Lauri Vickers, Glenn Case, Steve Broe, Larry Vercher, Eileen Grant.

• A quorum of the committee was met. Also in attendance: Maynard .
• The meeting was called to order at 12:15 p.m. Actions of the committee:
• Approval of the agenda: Motion made by Eileen Grant, second made by Lauri Vickers. Unanimous approval.
• Approval of the Minutes. Motion made by Lauri Vickers, second made by Eileen Grant. Unanimous approval.
• Action to pay for Special Printing – Extended to July.   In the May meeting of the board, the Ex Com voted to pay Centeon Printers a maximum of $600 for a special edition printing of the Greater Phoenix Mensa Membership Directory and the June MAAM.  Glenn Case moved that this special printing payment be extended through July. The motion was seconded by Lauri Vickers, and passed unanimously.
• There was no new business or old business to review. 
• Jerry Corbin opened the floor for discussion at the meeting for the good and welfare of our organization. Adjournment of the meeting Moved by Steve Broe, and was seconded by Larry Vercher. A unanimous vote was conducted, so the meeting was concluded at 12:45 p.m.
