Mensa Forum, Friday, March 8, 2002, 7:00 p.m., Pyle Adult Center (Next to the Tempe Library on the SW corner of Rural & Southern)

Do you want to get more out of your life?  The March Forum “Holding the Famous Glass” will focus on how our approach to life and living affects how much we get out of it.  It will also reveal how this changes as we move from past to present to future.  This is a brand new seminar from Kebba Buckley, a dynamic, interesting, funny and direct speaker.  She teaches specific, easy and fun ways to start feeling energized and wonderful.

Kebba Buckley is a stress management coach and trainer, a Masters’ degree scientist with over 20 years experience in helping people with stress and personal transformation.  Kebba teaches people how to actually “trade in” their stress for vitality.  Since stress is a sure route to illness, now or later, stress management through personal choices is an absolute key to wellness.  So what comes after pain recovery, after alleviation of illness, and after you have managed your stress?  This is a stage of living that many people do not get to.  Kebba calls this stage, “The Bridge to WOW”.  In this forum, she will introduce the first two steps in crossing this bridge, and you will learn the truth about the most famous glass in history!

A Post-Forum Debriefing will be held at the Uptown Brewery (behind Sweet Tomatoes).  Just head east on Southern for 1 mile and make a left when you see Sweet Tomatoes on the left.  If you get to the intersection of Southern and McClintock  you’ve gone too far!  See you there!
