FSM - A Delightful Party

by Leigh Butler

Our newsletter party, called FSM for “Fold Staple and Mutilate” is a delightful way to get to know your fellow Mensans.     At our last FSM party, we had Pete Costantino, Dan Plazak, Lauri Vickers, Mel Anderson, Art Felsinger, Larry Vercher, John Perez, Greg Webster, David Fidelman, Diana McClure and Glenn Case.

Our hostess, Leigh Butler, served up some good goodies.  We enjoyed

Next month’s tentative menu: Cheese Blintzes with sweetened sour cream, and other filled crepes.

For you folks newer to computers, there was a time when punch cards were commonly used to store digital information.  The old “IBM cards” and you were told to not fold, staple or mutilate them.  (The origin of the term “FSM.”)   Hope to see you at the next FSM.
