Gen X is a slippery term. It’s roughly the generation
after the Baby Boomers and before the recent college graduates. The Phoenix Gen
X Mensans unofficially formed in November 2001. Since then, we’ve gotten together
for a variety of high fun/low stress activities. Some of our members are pictured
above, in front of the fountain at the Scottsdale Princess Resort. We’ve attended
Zoo Lights, embarrassed ourselves at Karaoke, gone bowling and hiking and had
a great time at a BBQ/Pool Party. At the AG we ran a scavenger hunt and hosted
a pub crawl. Our strong presence at the AG greatly impressed Gen Xers in other
cities. Our most recent Austin Powers Party was a success, but we would have loved
to triple attendance. So if you are Gen X or Gen X at heart, please join us at
