Lyn Stinnett was extremely active in GPM for a number of years before she took a job with the Peace Corps as a Medical Officer, setting up and training personnel for small clinics in underdeveloped countries. She had just completed training the staff for such near the Chinese border on September 11th, which required a hasty retreat for all concerned. She and Leigh became close friends when sharing expenses at RGs before she left and hope to resume the practice when Lyn retires in a couple of years. The party allowed Lyn to visit with all her Mensa friends at once, during her too-short home-leave time A soiree was held for her in December.
