May Salon -  Luau Time

by Bill Taylor

Since our weather this time of year reminds me of Hawaii, the theme for this month’s Salon will be Hawaiian. Wear your favorite Hawaiian shirt, or whatever. This will be on Saturday, May 18th, starting at 7:30 P.M. It will be at Bill Taylor’s house, 1133 W. Cornell Dr., Tempe. It’s about half way between Baseline and Guadalupe, a block and a half west of Hardy. From the east, drive west on either Baseline or Guadalupe, and turn at the traffic light at Hardy, which is half way between Priest and Kyrene. Turn west on Cornell. Go west a block and a half, and it’s on the south side of the street. From the I-10 freeway, exit on Baseline and go east. Turn south on Hardy, then west on Cornell. Look for the pale green house with turquoise trim.

The Owl is $2 for members and $3 for guests. If this is your first Salon, the Owl is free. Please bring something good to eat (and maybe Hawaiian) for the participatory buffet. Bring a swimsuit and towel for the pool. If you want something to drink other than soft drinks, please bring that.

I have one cat living indoors. Questions? Call me at 480-897-0803
