GPM Regional Gathering Registration Terms & Conditions


Primary registrant must be a Mensa Member. Non-Mensans must be guests of the Primary Registrant. We are only charging for T-Shirts. For online registration, a running total of charges will appear as the form is filled out.That charge is non-refundable. If a payment is due, submitting the form will take you to a secure PayPal page where you may use any credit card associated with your personal PayPal account or create a free personal account and use any credit card. If no payment required you are done when you hit Submit. Your registration must be confirmed by response to an email to be sent to you on November 14th.
The Regional Gathering will observe the Covid restrictions the hotel requires and will be a friendly and safe environment for attendees and speakers. Inappropriate physical contact, verbal abuse, or harassment will not be tolerated, and persons not in compliance may be removed from the event without a refund. Volunteers act with the authority of ExCom and members and quests are expected to comply with their directions. For further information, please refer to the full Event Code of Conduct available HERE. Before proceeding to payment, you will be asked to agree to the GPM Registration Terms and Conditions before submitting.

To register by mail, download the registration form by clicking the button below. Print it, fill it in and send it along with your personal check made out to Greater Phoenix Mensa.

To Register at the RG


Eligibility for participation at the BANQUET requires registration by the November 1st deadline and email confirmation by November 14th. Registration at the door will include programs and hospitality meals using the Printable PDF Registration Form. Print and fill out a Registration Form bring it to the Registration Desk, attach your payment for T-Shirts by personal check or money order made out to Greater Phoenix Mensa. There will be forms at the Registration Desk if you are unable to print one. We will only accept payment by credit card or check. Payment is only required for T-Shirts if they are still available. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
